On the joyous occassion of the 64th Birth Anniversary of our beloved fourth Druk Gyalpo, His Majesty The King Jigme Singye Wangchuck, the Rabdey, Schools, Business Communities, Regionals, Private Sectors, and Ngoedrup-Tse families with the people of Chhukha Dzongkhag joins the Nation in offering our deepest respect, heartfelt felicitation and prayers for His Majesty's good health and long life.
