Pursuant to the notification numbered G-C19TF/04/2022-2023/032 issued on 1st March, 2022 of Gedu C19 Task Force, the Task Force is pleased to inform the general public of Gedu and in particular the people of Beri village under Bongo Gewog and red cluster

As per recommendations from National Technical Advisory Group (NTAG) of MoH, we would like to declare that all movement restrictions within and outside from Gedu is now lifted.

In accordance with recommendation from the National Technical Advisory Group and based on the negative test results of mass testing conducted on 27th  February, 2022, Chongyekha Chiwog is declared as Green Zone.

Chhukha Dzongkhag CTF announces the categorisation of some of the areas with effect from 14th February based on the outcome of the surveillance team and advice of the National Technical Team(TAG).

Chhukha Dzongkhag COVID-19 TF announces the relaxation of lock down in various zones with effect from 7.00 am of 9th February 2022. This is as per the outcome of the 38th TF meeting as recommended by the National Technical Advisory Group(TAG).

Lockdown under Chhukha Dzongkhag have been extended for 72 hours(From 7AM of 6th to 9th February 2022).

This is to notify general public under Chhukha Dzongkhag that the Dzongkhag would be imposing 48 hrs blackout period for five Gewogs.
